Polypropylene Mesh Fiber

Polypropylene Mesh Fiber is made of polypropylene as raw material through a special process, and the appearance of multiple fiber monofilaments is interlinked into a mesh structure. Mesh Polypropylene Fiber has a strong bonding force with cement concrete substrate, which can effectively control the early plastic shrinkage and settlement cracks of concrete and cement mortar. It greatly improves the impermeability, crushing resistance and impact resistance of concrete, enhances the toughness and wear resistance of concrete, and thus extends the service life of buildings.

Usage Method

Recommended dosage: 1 kg/m³, concrete with special requirements can reach 5kg/m³.

Mixing process: Add aggregate → add fiber → add cement → add water → stir ,disperse the Fibers completely.

Packaging Details

Inner packing 1- 3kg per PE bag,outer Packing 10-20kgs per plastic woven bag or carton,500kgs per pallet.We can produce according to customer requirements.
