Product Function

1、Prevent cracks in the concrete:

Cellulose Fibers are distributed in three dimensions in concrete, which can effectively reduce the stress concentration of micro-crack tip, weaken or eliminate the tensile stress caused by dry shrinkage of concrete or mortar, and prevent the occurrence and expansion of micro-cracks.

2Improvement of impermeability of concrete:

The uniform distribution of cellulose fibers in concrete forms a supporting system, hinders surface water absorption and aggregate settlement, reduces the water leakage of concrete, and greatly reduces the porosity in concrete, so that the impermeability of concrete has been significantly improved.

3Improvement of freeze-thaw resistance of concrete:

The presence of cellulose fibers can effectively reduce the concentration of tensile stress in concrete caused by multiple freeze-thaw cycles and prevent the further expansion of microcracks. The improvement of concrete impermeability is beneficial to improve its freeze-thaw resistance.

4Improve the impact resistance, bending resistance, fatigue resistance and seismic performance of concrete:

Cellulose fibers help to absorb the function of concrete members under impact. Due to the crack resistance effect of fiber, when concrete is subjected to impact load, fiber can prevent the rapid expansion of internal cracks, so it can effectively enhance the impact resistance and toughness of concrete.

5Improve the durability of concrete, improve the aging resistance:

Cellulose fiber due to the good crack resistance effect, thus greatly reduce the occurrence and development of cracks, the reduction of internal porosity, so that the external environment of water corrosion and chemical media, chlorine salt erosion, penetration slow down, due to the large reduction of cracks, the main reinforcement of the structure corrosion channel is reduced, so that the durability of concrete has been greatly improved and enhanced.

6Improve the high temperature resistance of concrete:

When adding cellulose fiber to high-strength concrete, because it contains a large number of uniformly distributed fiber monofilaments showing three-dimensional disorderly distribution, forming a three-dimensional network structure, when the temperature of concrete rises, the fiber can disperse the expansion tension caused by high temperature, which can effectively avoid the burst in the fire environment.

Usage Method

Recommended dosage: According to the national requirements or industry standards, the mix ratio of ordinary concrete is designed, and the fiber concrete is prepared according to the designed dosage.

Mixing process: Add aggregate → add fiber →add water → add cement → stir → add water,disperse the fibers completely.


Packaging Details

Inner packing 1- 5kg per PE bag,Outer Packing 10-25kgs per plastic woven bag or carton,500kgs per pallet.We can produce according to customer requirements.
